This face cloth is a gentle skin exfoliator, and can be used with a facial cleanser or soap or all by itself. It is mildew resistant and made in Mexico of 100% agave fiber.

Ayate fiber wash cloth softens and swells when placed in water. You can see the difference in the picture above; the one that is folded has been wet. The cloth is approximately 10" by 12" before being wet.

100% agave fiber.

After use rinse and hang to dry. Machine washable. Lasts at least one year.

The people from whom I buy the deodorant sent me a sample of this, so I gave it a try. I figured it would just as scratchy as all the other fiber things I've used over the years and would end up in the compost. I haven't used my terry washcloth since. It still hangs there next to the ayate and I choose the ayate every time. It doesn't scratch, but it does exfoliate better than my washcloth. The box says it is a Spa Therapy Cloth. I don't know what that means, but it does feel good!
