Use Herbal Vinegar Toner after cleansing. It is balancing to the skin, discouraging excessive oiliness, dryness, or flaking. It provides nutrients for healthy skin, is soothing and mildly astringent. It also removes soap and chemical buildup left by many commercial soaps or cleansers. Organic cider vinegar contains natural hydroxy acids as well as vitamins and minerals. Herbs and hydrosols (“flower waters”) add astringent and nutritional benefits to the vinegar and improve its scent. Use within 9 months.

This helped especially well during the years when my complexion was dull and oily with a T-zone.
